Honduran coffee is renowned for its quality and the country is one of the world's leading coffee producers. Honduras offers ideal climate conditions and soils for growing coffee, with various regions producing a wide range of flavor profiles; the generic quality SHG (Strictly High Grown) EP (European Preparation) is a quality standard for Honduran coffee. “Strictly High Grown” indicates that the coffee is grown at high altitudes, usually above 1,200 meters above sea level. The high altitude contributes to a slower maturation of the beans, developing a complexity of flavor and balanced acidity.

Indian Robusta Parchment AA coffee, also called "Kaapi Royal", comes from coffee plantations located mainly in southern India, including the regions of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. These areas offer ideal climatic conditions for growing coffee. The term "Parchment AA" refers to the type of wet processing and sieve classification. Indian Robusta Parchment AA coffee is classified as high quality and belongs to the highest category within the Indian classification system. The AA grade indicates that the coffee beans are size 18 and uniform in size.
